Another zones post

Is there a way to manually override the time in zone for a particular activity? Like just type it in? Or alternatively set up master zones that follow the same priority (e.g. Power/HR/pace) unless manually edited?
I tend to think of my training from the session goal + time in zone perspective. So if I’m doing 5x8x40/20 all the work might be in Z5 or Z2 but I’m counting it as Z4 work so I’d like to record it as 40mins worth of Z4. Similarly if I’m trying to get in 30mins of quality Z5 a week, I don’t want the 10-20” surges in an otherwise Z2 ride or adding up

Similar situation for hill reps on a treadmill (unless you’re lucky enough to have a very fancy sensor/treadmill)
