Add period data to fitness graph

Hi again ;

I was wondering if there is an option to add the date of your periods (from in the daily wellness information) to the fitness curve so it’s easier to notice the effect of hormonal changes on your training and work load tolerance.

It’s near the bottom of the settings page.

Once you set it there to Track, you have an additional Welness score

Hi, thanks for the response. I’m looking for a way to display it in the fitness curve along with the load and fatigue. I haven’t found that yet. Maybe it’s there but if it is it’s very well hidden :relaxed:

Currently you need to add a custom chart like @app4g says. If you make that the first custom chart you will get close to what you are asking for.
