Add manual entry

I commute to and from work, 10 miles each way 5 days a week, this adds a fair number of TSS, but I don’t want to wear an HR strap every day, nor do I have a power meter on the bike.

Is it possible to add this in manually with an estimated TSS value, ideally automatically adding in the same thing for multiple days.

Thanks,
Andrew

Currently Intervals.icu will only get activities from Strava. So you need to add those commutes there. Once they show up in Intervals.icu you can edit the TSS.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve found the following website to manually add a batch of manual entries:
https://entorb.net/strava/

Posting the link here in case others find it useful.

I bump this post 9 months later.

Will intervals.icu be one day independant of strava ?
I clearly disliked the previous Strava update and use it less and less.

Yes sooner rather than later. Strava is currently not responding to rate limit increase requests which effectively puts a cap on the number of users apps can have. Intervals.icu has a little room to grow still but that isn’t a good sign for the future of the Strava API.

Intervals.icu has been completely independent from Strava for some time now. Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, Dropbox and manual file upload all supported.
