Ad popup in android app

On my andriod tablet i am getting a pop up ad all of the time.

Does anyone else get it and / or how do i get rid off it?

My phone andvweb page access are fine.

There are no adds from Intervals. Must be something else.

There are no “official” APP for intervals.
You must be using some 3rd party thing.
