Hi all,
I rode a 5 days gravel event but without hr monitor and powermeter: so Intervals.icu didn’t show training load.
I’m wondering if I can manually insert training load values
Based on my previous ride I can estimate 40 points per hour
Anyone did it?
Thanks
Paolo
On the activity page, click on the pencil next to Load and enter the estimated TSS

Thanks!
40 TSS per hour is an easy endurance ride (about 67% steady intensity). Did it feel like that, or was it harder (based on feel)?

Usually I got 60/65 TTS per hour (80% of my FTP on tarmac with powermeter)
In this event I rode 5/6 hour on hilly gravel road with a group of slower riders
So my “guesstimate” is around 250 TTS per day
Sounds reasonable to me based on my feelings

If there is a RPE field then you could calculate load through TRIMP.
80% for 5 hours will be over 300 TSS.
What you’re describing would be about 70-72% of FTP (250 TSS), assuming it’s a steady effort for all 5 hours.
