Nm is the unit of measure of torque.
Torque is the amount of force you are putting into the pedals to move forward.
Torque * Cadence = Power

Perhaps you’ve heard of the term “low cadence drills”, possibly on a hill repeat workout? That would target your neuromuscular strength, as describe me in the 2nd link above.

The standing start at a track race; they need lots of torque to turn the cranks over to up to speed. Another low cadence drill.

I know nm… just didn’t know what it represents in this instance/situation.
Hence if I interpret it correctly, it’s basically showing the amount of force being sent thru the pedals for that interval, since power = torque * cadence…
