I used it, wasn’t impressed with heart rate accuracy
I use HRV details from the activity to look for ectopic heartbeats as well as HR record quality. Its a good way to know if your strap is going bad. That being said, is there a way to display those details on this platform similar to Runalyze?
How do you check for ectopic beats in the runanylze HRV data? Would love to track mine
You can see ectopic beats in your activities as a deviation in the HRV data. For instance, a PVC will fire prematurely and have a compensatory beat. I don’t believe a PAC would be observable in HRV data. So, in the data, you’ll see a datapoint above the line, and a datapoint below the line. PNN50 is a pretty good indicator of “burden,” but can also be skewed by bad data such as static electricity on the strap or excessive movement.
H10 on Fatmaxxer app can be used to store 10sec ECG strips when anomalies are detected.
Fatmaxxer is Android app.
Fitness HRV is a Windows app able to register full time ECG and has basic ECG diagnoses. Also H10 sensor and off course only indoor…
I knew that the H10 had been used in research settings for ECG, but didn’t know there was an app out there now. Very cool!
