Activities - whole years missing [Cause -> Strava Disconnected]

Hi everyone,
i just saw that whole years on my activities site are missing. They are still on Strava and Garmin connect though. Am I doing something wrong?

were they there before? Have you ever done a “Download old Data” or “Import All” import ?

Yes, it was there before. I noticed because I was checking my recent power numbers. In 2021 I had a lot of PBs and they weren´t there anymore :-/
I think I did the Import all when I first joined the platform. Could I do that again? I´m a bit scared that I will have double activities then.

Did you disconnect Strava?

A few weeks ago, yes. That was when the news about Strava regulating their export policies first came up. I turned it back on again a few days later.

Then all your historical data from Strava has been deleted on Intervals, because that’s what Strava imposes…
Request your full history from Strava and import that, then you have your own personal data permanently.
