Activities overwritten/duplicated after using another Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT

Hi everyone,

I’m writing because I’m having an issue with uploaded activities.

On May 13, 2026, my Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT stopped working, and from the following day, May 14, 2026, I started using another device. However, this second Wahoo ELEMNT BOLT had previously been used by my girlfriend between January 24, 2024 and September 4, 2025.

A few days ago, I realized that many of her activities had been uploaded to my Intervals.icu profile.

As a result, my activity history is now a mess. From what I understand, on the days when we rode together, Intervals.icu seems to have overwritten my original file with hers. On the days when we did not ride together, I now have duplicate activities.

I hope I explained the situation clearly.

Is there any way to fix this and recover my original activity files? If that is not possible, would it be possible to use the files from Strava instead?

Sorry, but can’t see why this should be an intervals bug.

My assumption is that you didn’t reset her device, but connected it to your account. So all saved activities were synced to your wahoo account. Afterwards it’s synced to intervals.

Intervals doesn’t do deduplication for two different wahoo rides, but wahoo does this.

So, I’d suggest to ask the wahoo support how to get your original data back.
