I’m 61 , I’m a Crit racer with all fast twitch. I’m doing sprint workouts in wahoo with ERG as part of my strength training. On Oct 7th I did a 5 mi workout with above mentioned sprints.
I hit 1373 w for 5 seconds ( This will go up as winter training comes along) BUT
Intervals ICU claims these are power spikes and :
" Power spikes of 30% or more above FTP based power curve have been fixededit"
Is there any way to turn this off ?
I have added “raw power” under charts but the power curve is still off.
Under the power tab the 5 second chart stops at 16.46 watts per kilo - I’m at 18 watts per kilo and plan on 20 watts per kilo
