I am loving the 30s Power chart as it gives a clear idea of the workout’s profile at a glance, though I find that for shorter efforts 30s smoothing is too aggressive. I would love to see a 5s (or even 3s) version of this chart

In the specific activity page, you can add a custom chart.
Charts > + Charts, then:
Don’t know how to add the zone colors. Hope this helps.
You can add colours using the triple dot menu.
It shows the band across each level, and not like the 30s chart that is hard-coded by David.
