New user here, so it’s possible I’ve overlooked something. If so please feel free to tell me what I missed! Here are the 3 issues I’ve found:
Is there a way to import the Sickness flag from HRV4Training or to manually record days where you’re unwell? I’ve seen there’s an injury option, but can’t seem to find a sickness field.
Something odd is going on with RPE in the activities view for me. While RPE is synced over from Strava for each activity, it only shows on the calendar view if I manually edit it (even if I set it to the same value it was already set to) and the colour coding acts as if it doesn’t exist unless I manually edit it. Screenshot of two rides on the same day, the top one I’ve manually edited RPE and the bottom one is left as it synced from Strava:
And here’s the detail of the bottom ride showing that RPE is definitely present:
I’ve updated my HR zones in settings from the default 7 to a custom 5 level list, to match what I use on Strava (I don’t have a power meter). However, when I view any individual activity it’s still showing a 7 level list which doesn’t seem to match anything in settings. How do I change this?

Thanks in advance for any tips, and I’m very impressed with the tools as a whole
I expect you need to update zones to your activities. Go to the activity page, click on list view at the top, select your relevant activities (filter the list if you need to) and then go to Edit > Update Zones to current settings
Can’t believe I missed that option to add a calendar entry for sickness - it would be nice to have it sync from HRV4Training in future as it syncs pretty much everything else, but this’ll work for now.
For the zones fix, I only seem to get this option when I select Edit:
Which is weird because none of those items are deleted. If I go into each activity individually then it’s present there, but that would mean I have to do each of them individually:
Updating zone settings is best done per sport in the settings page.
Go through each sport tab and click the Update Activities button. It didn’t work in list view for you because different sports were selected at the same time.
I add notes if I am ill for >=2 days so that it shows on the calendar view, as well as the fitness graph. Thankfully it doesn’t happen often, so editing manually is only required when ill.
The “update activities” button in Settings did the trick. It turns out the reason the option wasn’t there in the list view was because I’d got a “Deleted” filter configured by accident, even though it wasn’t set to look for deleted activities. Removing that restored all the Edit menu options in that view.
On the health stuff, I’m guessing I should make a feature request thread to see if that can be pulled through from HRV4Training. I’d prefer not to manually enter it in two different systems if possible.
That just leaves the weird RPE behaviour (issue 2 in my original post) unexplained at the moment!
I have sorted out the Strava RPE sync. Will deploy tomorrow. Note that Strava RPE is only sync’ed when the activity is first loaded or when you do Actions → Sync on the timeline page. So if you upload to Strava and then edit the RPE on Strava the activity has likely already been loaded on Intervals.icu without RPE. Unfortunately Strava doesn’t notify Intervals.icu when RPE changes.
