Hi,
When I don’t have planned workout for the day, also when I did a other type of workout or additional one which was not planned (not sure about it).
TP creates an event in the calendar, event has 1h duration. Start time is the start of the workout, end time is 1h + to start time. In my case description is:
Workout type: Bike
Actual Time: 2:56
Actual Distance: 78.79 km
Speed: 26.8 km/h
This workout interpreted as a planned workout in Intervals.
Is it possible to change it and make this workout not as planned workout but just to ignore?
In my case I think this has influence on a weekly compliance.
I didn’t moved 14 hours in this week, I made only 6 hours.
