Workout builder help

Hi all,
I started using intervals recently and I seem to have some difficulties getting the workout builder to work.
I use the add-step wizard to add some steps yet it seems as the data isn’t parsed.
The graph within the workout builder or on calendar overview remains empty and when syncing to Garmin it included (for the example) only the word “warmup” and no steps

I have a feeling something is set wrong in my view, if I copy in a workout that shows graphs for someone else mine still ends up like this, did I forget a setup step?


For starters, you have no indication of time units. Is te 5 seconds or minutes or hours??

You also need to have your zones and performance metrics setup for all activity types you’re using. Zones, FTP, LTHR, Threshold Pace…
