Howcome when I build a workout using “Cadence” I don’t get bars on the graph?
The graph displays load, HR or Power targets and you´re not specifying any of those.
As you don’t have a device capable of measuring power, you need to specify HR for cycling. Pace doesn’t work with cycling.

RPE=7 is a note to the athlete
5m is the duration
Z4 HR is indicating the effort level for load calculation purposes, with HR indicating that it’s heart rate instead of power.
80-90rpm is the range for your cadence.
