I have been tracking my runs for a few months. I think I know the answer to this, but too much double guessing has me in doubt. I’m looking for the best analytics that will show actual improvement. Likewise, I thought the compare option might be a good one. These are the results of two different periods.
A. 216W - 146 bpm
B. 264W - 146 bpm
B is better?
Any other suggestions what analytics are good indicators of improvement?
