For years, I’ve had my form set as a percentage and for all that time I often fall into the red high risk zone, which of course is an indication for a needed rest day or two. Friends commented that I spend far too much time in that zone. To compare stats with a friend I changed the setting to the absolute measure (fatigue-fitness). Of course the number changed, but the zones changed and periods I had been in red where now in green. This appears to me to expose a bug. I shouldn’t be going from red to green just because I changed the measure type. I still have the same physical state. What is going on here?
Look at the guide section. Really good to understand how to use the data you are looking at.
That’s really helpful, many thanks. It seems that for me the truth lies somewhere between the two settings. The closest is absolute, so I’ll stick with that but I’ll take more note of my other wellness data.
