One question regarding training plan.
for some reason i wasn’t able to perform an activity.
Would there be a possibility to reschedule it and to off set the full training plan according to that ?

There’s no need to push your whole plan out because of one missed day. You can catch up by replacing an easy/rest day with the missed workout.
It’s as simple as dragging a workout to the next day on the calendar. If there is a workout there, then drag that one right too until you get to a rest day.
Tx. You can only push/pull your plan one week at a time. Plans tend to be “day of the week” specific (e.g. long ride on Saturday) which is why I did it that way.
