Try this I created an Browser extension to export Training plans and workouts from TrainingPeaks
Edit: I just retried it with the extension I had previously installed, and seems to have stopped working for plans, but still works for the workout library. Maybe download the github files and try.
TP2Intervals does work for plan transfer, just follow instructions correctly to get the TP Bearer token
