# Training peaks plan export to intervals

dear All, I had bought a training plan on training peaks and would like to access it on intervals.icu - how can i export it? i would like to export it as %ftp (cycling), % pace for running and % cristical swim speed. how can i do so? i once found a plugin on the forum but I was not able to follow up! thanks!

Yes - does it actually work for you? Are there any alternatives?  
I have issues on training peaks api collection

Try this [I created an Browser extension to export Training plans and workouts from TrainingPeaks](https://forum.intervals.icu/t/i-created-an-browser-extension-to-export-training-plans-and-workouts-from-trainingpeaks/123470)

Edit: I just retried it with the extension I had previously installed, and seems to have stopped working for plans, but still works for the workout library. Maybe download the github files and try.

TP2Intervals does work for plan transfer, just follow instructions correctly to get the TP Bearer token
