Hi all,

RunPulse runs your planned intervals.icu workouts guided by heart rate: Bluetooth chest strap, voice cues for each step and for “too high” / “too low”, recording of HR, RR and GPS, and upload back to intervals.icu, paired with the plan. Sign in with intervals.icu; no own server, no ads, no tracking.

**Why:** Optical sensors don’t work with my wrist tattoos, and I didn’t want to buy a watch just to follow a heart rate plan. A chest strap is cheap, and everyone has a phone. I first built the app just for myself, but it works so well that I’d like to bring it to the Play Store.

**Free:** plan, guided run, recording, report with time in target and zones, upload, FIT export, morning HRV check.

**Plus adds:**

- AI coach: an AI app of your choice plans your next week, RunPulse checks it and writes only what you accept to intervals.icu
- deeper analysis: drift, decoupling, efficiency, step test, DFA α1 during the run, trends over weeks
- morning in depth: your own normal range, trends, orthostatic test

**Testers needed:** Android 13+, chest strap, 14 days in the test, 2 to 3 runs, short feedback.
Thank you: **Plus for life**.
