Syncing to Strava start date

Hi, Can someone let me know how to sync my account back to when i started on strava in January 2021? I can only see from November 2021. I have tried syncing again and refreshing nothing seems to work

I had to make some changes to fit inside the Strava rate limits. That might be the problem.
