Syncing activities with Strava

Is it possible to create a workout through the Intervals.Icu platform and synchronize it with the cell phones that have strava to perform the task?
So how does it work in syncing workouts with Garmin?

I might be wrong but I don’t think the Strava app has that functionality.

Intervals.icu uses the Garmin Connect API to upload workouts for Garmin devices. When you sync your device new workouts from Intervals.icu are downloaded from Garmin Connect.

Good evening, could you inform the reason of some athletes when they synchronize the activity in strava the intervals.icu does not update? To update you have to go to intervals settings - strava - Download old data and choose the date to pull the activities, only then is it updated.

I had to make some changes to fit inside the Strava rate limits. If an athlete has not been on the site in 28 days and is not a supporter then their Strava activities are not downloaded.

I have had to make some changes to Strava integration to try stretch the Strava rate limit a little more. Scrolling back in your history will no longer automatically load new activities from Strava.
