my swim activity from today appears twice in intervals - one came from strava and one from garmin.
usually the two are merged to one activity.
is there anything I should have done but haven’t?

This has been reported a few times recently.
For now, the only solution is to not sync Swim activities from Strava.
since OP is syncing w/ Garmin. i would extend this recommendation to NOT sync ANY activites from Strava and just use Garmin Exclusively.
Strava Sync should only be used when there are no other choice (like w/ Bryton headunits etc)
