not sure if its me or something ive done but whenever I go on to intervals.icu I get a red banner that drops down from the top for about 5 seconds that reads as below. I get it both on desktop and mobile so don’t think its the browser but not sure if its an error ive created by doing something wrong in workout creator?

It looks like you have disabled Intervals.icu access to your Garmin activities:

Tick both boxes. I am going to add a trap for this.
Thanks David. I think this must have been off by default on the garmin side as don’t remember seeing that before.
If I have both Garmin and Strava connected with it try to sync activities twice or does intervals recognise this?
The Garmin activities will replace the Strava ones. Some fields from Strava (name, description and a few others) are kept.
