For running data fields, is there a way to add some of the fields from Stryd like Leg Spring Stiffness?

take a look here
You can now map custom activity fields to fields in messages in activity FIT files. This is where summary information about the activity is stored. The field is automatically populated with data from the FIT file if it is present. The default behaviour is to look in the session record for a matching field name or number. However you can prefix the field name/number with the name/number of the record to search in other records.

and here
I also have been using Garmin HRM-Pro lately and there is some good data on what they call “running dynamics”:
https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garmin-technology/running-science/running-dynamics/
These are all Running Dynamics and its fields on the fit file (some of them already on intervals.icu):
Ground Contact Time (GCT): stance_time (ms)
Ground Contact Time Balance (GCT Balance): stance_time_balance (percent)
Cadence: cadence (rpm)
Stride Length: step_length (mm)
Vertical oscillation: ve…
from these, possible you can figure out how to add this in if it’s not already parsed by intervals.icu as these LSS etc are developer fields from Stryd

I think this one (and other stryd data) can be found using the Chart > Custom Streams.
Some of the premade streams seem off or may not be working right (at least for me).
