Starting fitness for fitness chart

Hi David,

For an athlete without a workout history is there a way of starting the fitness (CTL) calculation at a value other than zero? or do they just have to wait for sufficient recorded data and the Fitness to ramp? I assume that means waiting for the 42 default days of activities for the line to be correct and give a good indicator of Form?

I have an outstanding todo list item to support starting fitness. I will see if I can get that done soon, its been on the list for a while. The exponential weighting means is actually takes a good bit longer than 42 days before history has a minimal impact. The “fitness average” aggregate for custom plots on the /fitness page goes back 84 days before the first day on the chart.
