# \[SOLVED\] Strava not syncing since April (download old data)

Was syncing fine until April 26 is the last activity sync’ed, from then nothing. Tried the refresh button, don’t know what else to try except maybe remove everything and start over? Thanks

Try the “Download old data” button in the Strava box in /settings. If you are not a supporter and haven’t been on Intervals.icu in a while your Strava activities stop downloading to save on rate limits.
