I’ve been fighting technology for 1h and got nowhere. Did some sprint training today and what shows on headunit for 1s power is significantly higher than what’s picked up after syncing to intervals (via strava). I’ve tried unpairing, deleting, directly uploading the headunit file directly onto intervals, but nothing works. It seems like as of now my only option would be to use the fix data or edit data functions on the activity page (both under action tab), but can someone walk me through how these 2 works? What’s the time scale of the table under manual edit data, and is there a way to fast forward to the near region of the power point in question?

Reading this, I’m pretty confident that you have ‘clipping’ on the ^power trace.

Best practice: Open Activity List and show the FTP column. Set/correct FTP values for the relevant date ranges. If many activities are affected, use bulk edit on the activity list view (Edit \> Edit). I don’t think that’s the case though. My power spike setting has always been set to 999%

There was also not a “power spike detected” message and it has recorded even higher 1s before under the same setting.

I don’t have a clear idea of what your issue looks like, but if you want to edit manually from Actions - Edit data, then first zoom in to the section you want to modify. Then the Edit data will open the stream data that is at the center of the visible part.

First column is the seconds elapsed.

I see! Thanks for the instruction, I’ll give that a try! (never connecting the dots of select and zoom vs edit data lol)

Worked, thanks again!
