Hi, I made a catalog of cycling sessions you can browse/download/share.

I find things like Zwift workouts have a lot of sessions that are purely for fun instead of training a specific system, and other lists are too focused on quantity with labels like “Wouts TT session”.

These remove all of that mess and show what the session is about, with basic editing for each session.

> **[Cycling Intervals - Free Structured Workouts to Download](https://cyclingintervals.com/)**
>
> Download structured cycling intervals as .ZWO, .ERG, .FIT or .MRC and run them on Zwift, Garmin, Wahoo or any smart trainer. No subscription.

There is no intervals.icu integration, you just have to download the session.

This project is not intended for profit, just to help people out. The link at the bottom to Cody is not me, he is just a coach that has supplied some of the sessions and I think is pretty good.

Please give me feedback and any sessions you want me to add. Thank you and I hope you find it useful. 🙂

Thanks for putting together and sharing. I like the fact that FTP is adjustable on the left so you can get a closer idea of what you’re up for (I work with %FTP but still like to see the absolute number). Quick browse shows some nice workouts.

Hi, I agree and appreciate the no-nonsense, easy cataloguing and searching for / modifying of a handful of core cycling workouts (base/endurance; VO2Max etc…). Thanks for this.

I had a quick look. It seems pretty straightforward. 👌

Will get back with any comments (if any) once I try a few, although currently most of my biking is done outside - with group rides, during summer.

Thank you for this. Very much appreciated and well done.

My feedback would be to add the visual graph of the workout. My brain processes the visual representation easier than listing the names, if that makes sense.

Glad to know someone else appreciates this approach! Thank you for the comments.

If you do find you have some sessions you think I should add that would be beneficial to the community, please let me know. I have added some more well-researched LT2 ones, as well as some more classic sessions, but I am finding the beginner and intermediate workouts lacking, so if you have any that would fit into that category, that would be really helpful!

This was a really great idea. I have added a visual graph of the workout which you can hover and see exact values. I have no idea how I didn’t think of this sooner as it makes every workout so much easier to understand and skim though.

Hello,

Here are 2 observations so far: Perhaps clarify these instructions re. the “How to use these files” section?

1. On the main page, you have a “How to use these files”:

2. On the Garmin instructions it says:

All the best,

I’m very sorry about this.

I have updated the instructions to only reference the USB method, you are completely right that Garmin Connect will only show it as a course I tried to look for formats that Garmin Connect would accept, but it looks like the only way to automatically do it is to create an application that sends the file directly to Garmin, which is a bit out of the scope of this project right now.

I have also updated the cyclingintervals page to explicitly state the web limitations of LiteRide. I’m sorry about that

No need to be sorry. Was just relaying my experience - (using an iPhone and Garmin Edge) to-date.

For example: Aukki also does not run on an iPhone - only on a PC using Chrome or Edge - not Firefox, iirc; However - Breakaway works on iPhone - but not Android.

Cheers,

Thank you so much for these!

Would you have any testing protocoles also for those who don’t use platforms like Zwift and prefer getting stuck in, head burried into their head units? 🤓
