would be helpful to have some kind of coaching dashboard where you can see all new/unread comments in one place.

Yes I need to give all of that some thought. People have also asked for a feed type view of what athletes they are following have been up to which is related.

thanks. I also would value the ability to make notes for each athlete (on training plan or elsewhere) that are hidden/only viewable by the coach
Per athlete notes are on the todo list and should be done soon.
