Hi all, I’m the developer of PowerPeak Live, a Connect IQ data field that computes peak power for 31 durations (1 s to 60 min) on the Edge, live, next to your all-time records, plus W′ balance.

The definitions match what intervals.icu and Strava use for peak power: exact sliding-window maxima at 1 Hz. I validated it by replaying real rides through the engine: all 16 peak durations matched the Garmin .fit file and all 12 that Strava shows matched Strava. If anyone spots a difference against their intervals.icu power curve, I’d really like to see the file.

Edge 540/550/840/850/1040/1050/MTB with a power meter. It’s a paid field: 7-day trial, then €5.99/year.
