Power @ HR query in Activity Power

In the Activity Power section there is a field of Power@HR.
I was wondering:

  1. Where the specific heart rate comes from, and
  2. How is the power calculated at that heart rate

Thats power at your top of Z2 heart rate. Its calculated by fitting a line through all the (lag adjusted) 1 minute “power vs HR” data points. You can see this on the bottom chart. The 2 lines on that chart are for the 1st half and 2nd half of the ride. The line for the whole ride lies somewhere between them.

Bump!

I’m looking into how the power @ HR Z2 changes over time. In the individual activity this value is shown. I noticed the efficiency rate can be shown on a graph in the fitness area.
Is it also possible to see the actual values (power@HR Z2)?

If yes, how can I do it? :grinning:
