This one is fantastic. To reduce noise, use one of the moving averages [I use 42-day].
I got to playing with this chart and I am impressed! I’m still trying to wrap my head around what all this data means but I have two seasons to compare and some time on my hands. I am particularly interested in the relationship between efficiency and chronic load/intensity.
One thing that a lot of the ability to extrapolate trends has to do with scaling, so it takes a bit of know how or just experience to set up charts that are readable and express data accurately.
I am planning to add a trend line feature soon. Also going to do a lot more work around time in zones and so on, making that info plotable.
