Hello, I’m about to have a very disruptive week of training and would like a way to repeat the plan for this week. I’m currently on an 8-week plan so I want to duplicate this week to next week and as a result, the remainder of the entire plan is shifted forward by 1 week.
In summary, I want to repeat week 2 in week 3 and week 3 from the plan becomes week 4 … e.t.c.
Is this possible?
If it helps, I currently roll out the next week’s plan every Friday.
Yes, I saw this but not sure if I need to duplicate the current week in my activity calendar or the training plan itself. Ideally, I’d love to be able to do this in the former.
I’ve done it on my activity calendar in the hopes that on Friday I don’t get next week’s workouts added to the same week
This was perfect! I did exactly this and I’m glad to get confirmation it’s what I needed. I also copied the new week back into the current week so I can still do whatever I can this week.
