Possible HR curve anomaly (max avg HR higher at longer duration)

Can’t remember seeing this question for HR before but it’s the same as power. Surprising !

FTP curve correct?

Here’s a simple example. 1 min @ 400w 1 min @ 100w 1 min @ 400w Then your curve would be: 1 min @ 400w 2 min @ 250w 3 min @ 300w So the maths works.Or is it the definition of the curve you’re questioning?
