Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a small tool I built called **PaceForge** (`paceforge.lutix.org`).

It might resemble quite a few other workout builders out there, but I really wanted to create something quick, lightweight, and super handy for my own Tacx indoor training sessions. It allows you to quickly forge structured workouts using natural language (powered by AI), build them manually, or pick them from a built-in library, and then send them straight to your intervals.icu calendar with one click. It also integrates your recent training load, fitness metrics, and power curves.

_Note: To use it, you will need your **intervals.icu API key** (found in your developer settings) and a free API key for your preferred AI provider (like Gemini or OpenAI-compatible services)._

If you give it a spin, any feedback, feature ideas, or reviews are more than welcome!

Happy training!
