Hi, new user here. I synced intervals with all my other platforms and with strava and intervals says that my overall kilometers are 2892 for cycling eventhough it is 3511 or something and the same goes for running, it show way less than what I have actually ran. I tried downloading all files multiple times and it doesn´t change.

First check if your entire history came in. There are probably missing activities because not all connections allow unlimited history sync.
If you see missing activities, then check per platform how to get the full history. This can be seen on the Settings - Connections page.
Maybe you have duplicate entries on strava. For me this is the cause of less kilometers on intervals.icu.
