Did a 60min duathlon/brick session yesterday at the gym (stationary bike & treadmill run). The workout was captured by Garmin and uploaded to Intervals, however, there is no breakdown of the HR zones in the summary to the left (which normally there is). Any ideas, what went wrong?
That workout wasn’t analysed for time in zones etc. because it is considered non-cardio (does not contribute to aerobic fitness, only fatigue) in /settings:
This is indicated by “Load 0 (48)” on the calendar page. Since your workouts are cardio I have changed it for you:
Now it contributes to time in zones, fitness etc…
