Hi all,
Started using this fantastic platform recently and trying to wrap my head around what all the numbers mean.
My form is currently green at -14 and fatigue at 32. The purple line is well above the blue. Should I take that to mean I should take it easier for a bit, until fatigue is lower and form is in the + or blue zone?
How do I get my form from -14 to fresh?
Having a look at my fitness, in October and November it was at 2 and 3. It’s currently at 18, and appears to be going up. Can I expect it will increase with time and training? Does it drop if you overtrain, or only usually if you take a break from training?
Thanks!
Hi Pelgraine,
If i were you i would just continue in green zone. Your purple line is well above the blue because you started with a low fitness number at 2 or 3.
Your fitness will increase with time and your fatigue should stay the same. Your form (fitness minus fatigue) will stabilize.
You should also listen to your body and not only numbers =)
Regards,
Florent

In terms of real math I found I very interesting rational from http://alancouzens.blogspot.com/ for calculating your TSS based in a given CTL snapshot and therefore also TSB and future CTL.
I have adapted it to be proportional to CTL and used FFT https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AsBy_jjYGYUcWgRWy-mmfHPfmikpaX3Mo5MQKrepetQ/edit#gid=195240415 just for the TID because his TSS is two high for my available time .
I hope you find usable : https://1drv.ms/x/s!AmEwsZ9sC4ilhvs_9Awm9yBCOKs-gA?e=vTEOqj
