My rides from Strava aren't uploading automatically

I can’t get my rides from Strava to upload automatically. How can I fix this?

If you haven’t been on Intervals for a while, your account is set dormant when not a supporter. Go to Settings - Connections tab and in the Strava connection click on download old data.

Did it work before? Or are you a completely new user?
If the connection is working, the activities will come in automatically.
