Ah, so it is similar to Apple Health in the sense that it requires an App on the device to use the API. In that case, it would be better (at least on Android) for something like Health Sync to support Intervals.icu.

This is now working in the my development version of the app. I only tested w/ some Dummy Data i manually input to Withings. Not sure how it will fare when there are like months of data.
