This has been asked a few times. The website is fully responsive and works well on phones and tablets etc using various browsers. I believe it would involve lots of extra work by david to keep a mobile application up to date for iOS, Android etc especially at the rate at which he adds features etc.
I have saved the website to my home screen on iOS on both iPhone and iPad and it works flawlessly - just like an app really.
