I did a full import from Gconnect and see that there is a data gap. After this I requested a data report, which I also imported with the tool here. All this did not result that the gap was closed… hope you can tell me what I did wrong or what I can do to fix this… many thanks Jan
How long has it been since you did the import and have you refreshed the webpage?
Thank you for your very fast reply I did the Garmin extra import one hour ago and just did the refresh… Is this too short time interval?

Next update, received the email that all data been imported, but as I see, there is no data for the missing period imported too… So I do something wrong, but don’t know what…

Within the last 12 months?
Yes, within 12 months, but I did a full all data import to be sure…

Meant to ask, “is the gap within the last 12 months”.
I can’t see any errors in the logs or other reasons for that gap. You could try uploading the fit files manually if you can find then in download file.
Hi David, as the only option is to put it manual, I did this week and this closed the gap… thx for your reply and help…
I also have a gap from October 27, 2022 to December 2, 2022. I have data prior to this for years and data after is solid (and up to date as well). Just can not get that data in for the above time period. Any suggestions?
Did you try the “Download old data” button in the Strava box in /settings (assuming you are using Strava)?
I did try but download oldl data only goes back to Dec. 22 of 2022
