Messed up data - Deleted ride - now can't re-upload

Just completed a 100k ride.
It uploaded fine but the heart rate data was out by quite a margin ( strava issue ) so I fiddled with the data and messed it right up.
Deleted the ride but now can’t re-add the ride.
I have the .fit file.
Can somebody give a quick guide of what I’m supposed to be doing. Can’t find the .fit file option only 3 others

You just need to “undelete”.
Go to Activity List View and create a filter “Deleted”. This will show your deleted ride and then you can undelete.

Edit: You can also go to options in the calendar view and enable “show deleted activities”. Undelete from there.

Added delete filter. there are no files there.
Any ideas
I can see the .fit file but it is greyed out in my downloads

Did you delete on Strava or on Intervals?
If you have the ride still on your bike computer, it’s probably best to get that original file and use “Upload” in the calendar view.

I deleted it on intervals.
It was recorded on my mobile phone
If I delete it from strava I take it that it will disappear for good?

OK figured it out !!!
I thought the pop up box when upload is pressed was just informing me of something. didn’t realise you could click on .fit and then I can see it.
