So in your graphs is the chest strap linked to the watch or an Edge device?
For me, the lag on HR on the watch vs chest strap is not that big.
Using the watch’s optical sensor only (indoor workout).
Similar workout, outside, with HR strap and head unit.

Graphs look similar, but look quite far off to me.
They will be far off, two different workouts.
The HR using a chest strap vs wrist device shows similar profile, which I can trust.
