Can I make training plans with ‘intervals.icu’? Not a single training but a whole training plan? Or is ‘intervals.icu’ only a data collector program?

I now only use ‘intervals.icu’ for tracking my fitness. So I rest when I’m in the red. But can u do more with it?

Regards,
DVR

You can indeed build plans manually in Intervals.icu with the workout library, as Gerald described.

If you are interested in something more automated: I’m developing an external tool that can generate complete training plans and sync them directly with Intervals.icu via the new OAuth API.

I posted a short description in the _External projects_ section here on the forum:
👉 #External Projects → [DunMove – automatic training plan sync with Intervals.icu](https://forum.intervals.icu/t/dunmove-automatic-training-plan-sync-with-intervals-icu/110654)

No pressure of course – just sharing in case it might be useful.
