Does anybody know what is the decay function for LTHR…I got a notification back in January that it was 177, but now it’s 172. Thanks
There isn’t any decay build into Intervals.icu. Or are you referring to something else?
Intervals.icu will tell you when it thinks your LTHR is higher than what you have set:
You need to decide if that is valid or not (dehydrated? very hot?)
So when I got the 177 bpm notification I didn’t do anything else. I thought the system had already updated it. It’s valid. How do I accept it so the system uses it?
This is a good question. It wasn’t hot and I wasn’t dehydrated, but I was cycling in another country and my resting HR was 5-7bpm higher for the preceding 10 days. It was a maximal effort for about 27 minutes regardless.
You need to click on the message to open the edit HR zones dialog or go to /settings and edit HR zones there.
