Left/right balance data

I have assioma duos and a wahoo roam computer though I cannot see any L/R data in intervals. I think my legs are becoming increasingly imbalanced

If you sync through Strava, L/R data is stripped by Strava.
Try a manual fit upload to verify if the data is present.

The data is available on my wahoo cloud account but uploading every file is just way too much. I might as well just look at random past rides

Can you not bulk export from Wahoo cloud? You can bulk import on intervals…

I haven’t found a way

Whe you sync to the (Wahoo) cloud, does it keep a copy in your Roam?

Can you connect the Roam to a computer using a USB cable?

Does it pick up the device in the file browser as a removable device?

You might be able to find your most recent FIt files there.

I did a factory reset recently :sleepy:

Are you doing your riding outside or indoors?

Mostly outdoors for now

To get l/r balance automaticaly from wahoo:

-go to dropbox and set a new free account (if you don’t have one already)
-from wahoo elemnt app set new sync/autoupload by adding your dropbox account there
-in intervals.icu add your dropbox folder with activities
from now on all activities will update in the bacground with l/r data
(to sync past activities you should copy all files from your device to dropbox folder)

You can keep your Strava sync, intervals.icu is pretty clever and will just add missing data +like l/r balance) from your dropbox factivities.

is there a way to get my past activity from the wahoo cloud to the dropbox folder?

Hi!
As Łukasz said connect your Dropbox account. Next, in Intervals settings you can set “start_date” so all your activities from that date will be visible in Intervals.

You can also select “activity source” in the settings so you will see which is from STRAVA and which is from Dropbox

Of course with this step you don’t really need to sync all your data with STRAVA anymore.

Here is my L/R balance graph. I have SRAM AXS

my dropbox is empty though, I first need to get my past rides to sync or copy them from somewhere from my phone

if you did a factory reset then prrbably you have to use elemnt companion app. Just check if you have your past activities there. They shoub sync even after factory reset (wahoo app gets the activities from the cloud and not the unit). I would try to set the dropbox account first and turn automatic upload. In worse case scenario you have to manualy press on evry activity from the past and choose upload. try with couple of them
