my buddy sent me his invite link, but it just takes me to the home page and he doesn’t show up under the athletes list.
I will have a look at that. You can use the “Add Athletes” button on the athletes page to request to follow your buddy.
The same is happening for me & a friend today. Nothing happens when we go to each other’s link.
The invite links just send you a chat message from the person using the link when they join Intervals.icu. It doesn’t automatically let you follow them, you still need to ask to do that.
